That is 1500 euros more than first year foreign students currently pay. For their second year there will probably be an additional 300 euros to pay, a decision by the executive board suggests. According to spokesperson Simon Vink, the raise of 15 percent is part of the agreement to gradually make tuition fees cost-covering. There was a big hike in the fees last year too.
